These terms cover use of this website and requests submitted through the office assistant.
Information on this site
Service descriptions are general and describe the kind of window work we perform. They are not a quote, a guarantee of a specific outcome, or a promise that a particular repair is possible on your window until it has been inspected.
Estimates and scheduling
Requests submitted through the assistant are reviewed by our office. An appointment exists only when the office confirms it against the calendar. Final pricing is confirmed after the window has been assessed.
Access and property
You confirm you are authorized to request work at the address you provide and that reasonable access will be available at the scheduled time. HOA or building approvals, where required, remain the property owner’s responsibility.
