How it works
A clear process from first message to finished window
Requests route through our central office so the same details reach dispatch and the technician. Nothing is confirmed until the calendar shows a real opening.
1. Tell us about the window
Open the assistant and describe the window type, what is wrong, and where you are in Broward. Photos help but are not required.
2. Details go to the office
Your contact and job details route through our central reception and dispatch so nothing is lost between the request and the truck.
3. Availability is checked
The assistant checks the calendar and shows real open windows. Nothing is confirmed until a slot is actually held.
4. Diagnosis on site
A technician measures, confirms the failure, and explains the repair options for that specific opening before starting.
5. Repair and cleanup
Many repairs are finished during the visit when the needed parts are on hand; otherwise the office arranges the parts and a return. Glass, debris, and old hardware are removed when we leave.
6. Follow-up
If something is not right, the office is one call away at (305) 360-0342 and will schedule a return visit.
