What we repair

One window or a whole house of openings.

Broken & Cracked Glass Replacement

Single-pane and insulated glass swapped in the existing frame, with old glazing, debris, and sealant removed and the opening re-sealed.

Foggy Double-Pane (IGU) Repair

Failed insulated glass units that trap moisture between panes are measured and replaced so the view is clear again.

Sliding Window & Patio Door Tracks

Worn rollers, bent tracks, and sticking sashes cleaned, straightened where possible, and re-fitted so the panel glides.

Window Screens & Screen Frames

Torn mesh re-screened and damaged frames rebuilt or replaced, including standard and pet-resistant mesh options.

Hardware, Locks & Cranks

Latches, handles, balances, and crank operators on single-hung, casement, and awning windows repaired or replaced.

Caulking, Sealing & Leak Repair

Cracked perimeter caulking cut out and re-sealed to stop wind-driven rain intrusion around the frame and sill.

Frame & Sill Repair

Water-damaged wood trim, corroded aluminum sills, and loose stops repaired and finished to match the opening.

Storm-Season Window Checks

Pre-season inspection of glass, hardware, seals, and shutter tracks so problems are found before a storm, not during one.

Common questions about window repair

Do you repair a single window, or only full replacements?

Single windows are welcome. Most of our Broward work is one or two openings — a cracked pane, a foggy insulated unit, a stuck slider, or a torn screen.

Can a foggy double-pane window be fixed without replacing the whole window?

In most cases yes. When the seal on an insulated glass unit fails, the glass unit is replaced inside your existing frame, which is usually less involved than replacing the full window.

How do I get a price?

Start the assistant on this page and describe the window, the damage, and your address. The office reviews the details and follows up with next steps and pricing before any work is scheduled.

Which parts of Broward County do you cover?

Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, and nearby South Florida communities.
